I think i have to start by defining it . Violation of human right simply means deprivation of something thats belongs to a particular person. Or Going against God wish for a particular person.

In Africa today ,Poverty has led to many destructions of which include Violation of human right.
Child molestation is caused by poverty and has led to human right violation .When a child that is suppose to go to school to learn the basis of life is out in the street hawking,stealing(pick pocketing),prostituting etc. I believe the child's right is being violated by the parent or government whom suppose to show him/her the way forward in life. Basically we know its the right of a child to be catered for until 18 years of age.

Another aspect which makes me sad is when i see some 1 doing bad to a fellow human in any ways. And he /she would not want that same to be done to him/her.
In a nut shell i believe Human right violation be practiced in a format which is Don't do to others what you would not want others to do to you.
